About Jorge
Jorge L. Morales is a thirty-plus year commercial real estate veteran in the South Florida market. He spent ten years (2007–2017) as a vice president at the global real estate brokerage firm JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle, NYSE: JLL) before opening Blue Box Real Estate, LLC a best-in-class independent commercial real estate firm in specializing in Tenant Advisory Services, Landlord Advisory Services and Investment Sales. Mr. Morales offers high level, trustworthy, and tailored real estate services to each client. Mr. Morales is also the founder of Don’t Sign the Lease, LLC a business owner’s website designed to provide essential tools and helpful resources for business owners. He also hosts The Don’t Sign the Lease Podcast.
Before his time at JLL, Jorge served as a Leasing Agent and Director of Leasing with two regional real estate development and brokerage companies. He has vast experience and knowledge of the office leasing sector on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Jorge has represented over 4 million square feet of office space, including high profile institutional landlords as well as local and regional property owners. He has also served as a Tenant Advisor to many local, regional, and national tenants including law firms, financial firms, healthcare providers, colleges and Fortune 500 companies.
Jorge is a graduate of Florida International University. He resides in South Florida where he is happily married to his wife Diana and they are blessed with three children. He is a follower of the Lord Jesus, an avid Miami Hurricane football fan and enjoys playing sports with kids half his age.
